Alongside a passion to make a difference to the world around us, there are the day-to-day practicalities of being focused on income, people, policies and project management.
The Round House exists to empower third sector organisations, sharing business skills and techniques in ‘real time’. We can grow business confidence and capacity through interim and freelance business coaching and consultancy.

Ceri Crichton is the founder of The Round House. With over 25 years’ experience working in the private and third sector, Ceri is responsible for a stream of business development initiatives, from growing big brands to successful non-profit start-ups.
Raised in the Rhondda Valley, Ceri settled in in Pembrokeshire in 2004 with her husband. She has the privilege of being a mother to two talented sons and cares for a beautiful Bengal cat and kindly lurcher. When she is not working with the unique and diverse third sector, she takes the opportunity to spend time at the beautiful beaches of West Wales.
