Providing a service through a charity, social enterprise, community or voluntary group (known as the third sector) is hugely rewarding…but it can also be a challenge! Alongside a passion to make a difference to the world around us, there are the day-to-day practicalities of being focused on income, people, policies and project management.
The Round House exists to empower third sector organisations, sharing business skills and techniques in ‘real time’. We can grow business confidence and capacity through interim and freelance business coaching and consultancy.
Built on the values of trust, reliability, integrity and empathy, The Round House works collaboratively, using knowledge, networks and kindness, to create a better world around us.
Ceri, Founder of The Round House, shares her experience of the first few months since the launch of her business, supporting not-for-profits to be better at theirs.

'It is clear that Ceri understands our passion and drive to continue to work with change, so that we can successfully continue to operate as an independent charity. Instantly, she connected and could pick out our strengths but also areas to improve our financial sustainability, sharing her knowledge, experiences and ways in which to help us succeed.
We are looking forward to working with her more and already feeling excited for a brighter future!
